These Chicken & Pesto Naan Pizzas are the perfect way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken. Fast, filling, and flavorful! The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 4 pieces naan (small; or use 2 large and cut in half at serving time)
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 4 oz. shredded rotisserie chicken (4 oz. is about 3/4 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 cups is about 4 oz.)
- 1 tomatoes
- chopped fresh basil (optional, for serving)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

We thinly sliced Roma tomatoes from our neighbor's garden and added those before putting the pizzas in the oven; the concentrated flavor from the roasted tomato slices was amazing.

we followed the instructions but did not do chicken. we did peperoni instead. the crust came out a bit darker then we woild have liked but we will adjust the time for 10 minutes. it might just be because we cooked on a gas oven. im unsure.

Easy and great tasting. I followed the recipe but used canned chicken breast. Cooking time was 9 minutes for one.

i loved it. the only thing i did differently was put the tomatoes under the cheese and then baked it in the oven.

I liked how few dishes you need to make these, and they're very good. I ended up needing less of the chicken and cheese than was instructed but those are easy to just put in other recipes so it wasn't a big deal at all.

This was very easy to make and delicious! I added mushrooms and red pepper flakes and left the tomatoes off as well. I agree with other reviewers, put it in for nine minutes for a softer flatbread like feel!

It was good, not amazing. It was quick to make and very filling so that was awesome. Cook time given is too long though, I would cook for 9 mins

To be honest it’s a bit bland but it’s quick and very easy to make. I used vegan cheese as my husband is lactose intolerant, takes about 13 minutes in the oven. Really fills you up but probably will tweak the recipe next time

pretty good, kids liked it and that's saying something. I think the oven time is a little too long so take it out earlier or watch it, but besides that will make again.

I really enjoyed this easy recipe. The few things I did different was use bigger naan, only heated it for 9 minutes at 400F. Tasted Great

Used smaller naan bread- very good lunch for kids. Make sure to lessen cook time 14 mins makes crust very crunchy.

Really good! We added fresh mozzarella and fresh basil and it was delicious. Even my toddlers ate it!
