Woooow yum! I love the mix of the mango and mint with the savory background, it’s soooo tasty! You can add a bit more chili paste and soy sauce to your serving if you find you want a little extra kick or saltiness, and I recommend squeezing in a wedge of lime per serving too.

yum!!! bit mild and subbed in thai basil but still really good. might add some more chilli
