We really enjoyed this dish, simple and easy to get ready. This will be added to my go to list for busy weekdays!

Made this a few times now. Great every time. I used the Hokkien Stir Fry Noodles and they work well in this. The sauce never seems to be quite enough, so I have been adding a little more stock to the pan after everything is in there. Also, I use Chinatown Soy Sauce which is much lower than standard reduced sodium Soy Sauce.

it was amazing! Used flour instead of cornstarch and it turned out great! Would give 5 stars but only have option of 3.

EXTREMELY good. I never thought I would be adding ramen to my rotation, but I definitely will!! SO simple to make, and SO delicious. My sauce ended up a bit too garlicky at first (I had slightly larger cloves than usual) so I added a little extra brown sugar and it got the taste right where I wanted it! A heads up for everyone out there - before you use ANY homemade sauce, TASTE IT beforehand!!! Nothing ruins an otherwise perfect meal more than drowning everything in a crappy sauce.
