- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. corn (fire-roasted, drained)
- 1/4 cup swanson chicken stock (**, you can use Swanson Chicken Broth)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 oz. full fat cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (pre-)
