- 3 semi sweet chocolate chips (generous tablespoons, or chopped dark chocolate, I like a 65% or greater dark chocolate)
- 1 pinch kosher salt ( , highly recommended for all flavor combinations)
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract ( or 1-2 drops pure peppermint extract)
- 1 pinch espresso powder (will enhance the chocolate flavor)
