This worked so shockingly well I couldn't describe it. It tastes like a simple bread. The only thing I'd change is a TINY amount of salt in the dough. I know there's some in the Self-Rising flour but it felt just a tiny bit flat. A quarter teaspoon I think would have made it perfect. I made it into Pretzel Bread Bites with the egg wash, garlic powder and Everything Bagel seasoning and the bread portion tasted perfect.
