Made these the original way and a second batch I added cocoa powder couple drops of stevia and a bit of vanilla. Will be making more!

I think this cookie may taste great to some and horrible to others based on their sugar intake. Lately, I’ve been eating too much sugar so these were not sweet enough but if I was strict Keto, paleo or low carb these would be a great treat! I will make again but may use sweetened coconut next time, or half sweet half unsweetened.

I thought these were great! Once cooled, I dipped them in sugar free chocolate and let them harden on the counter. I’m headed to make more right now! They were quite popular and disappeared before my eyes.

I’m trying to eat clean so my expectations might be high. These were just okay exactly what you would expect coconut and banana together to taste like

Really recommend so tasty and super easy add chocolate chips and stuff as was really nice probably double the mixture as quite small

Simple and delicious. Mixed up the batch by adding blueberries to a few and pecan bits to a handful as well. They’re like mini banana bread cookies but after a few bites became too sweet for me. I may try a different type of banana or it’s level of ripeness next time. Overall a great recipe to have in your back pocket when you’re looking for an easy to make treat with only handful of ingredients in your pantry.

Not bad at all!! Tastes yummy especially if you want something not too sweet. But in my opinion I found it a little bit dry.

Turned out as expected, not amazing - but a good snack food. I sandwiched a tablespoon of Almond Butter between two of them to add a little more protein. They bake as shaped :)

These were pretty good for how simple they are and my 4 year old loved them. I used sweetened coconut flakes and added a little cinnamon and almonds.

mine were not as pretty as the picture and the banana started to brown on day 2, but delicious nonetheless

They were ok. I used ripe bananas that had quite a few polka dots. I'm not crazy about ripe bananas and the flavor intensified during cooking. I will try a much less ripe (still slightly green on the ends) so I wont get that pungent flavor of the center of the banana that grosses me out.

Very good, maybe not the best It you like crunchy cookies but I’m sure you could adjust the recipe until you get what you want

I needed to add some coconut oil to make the mix solid enough to handle and shape without breaking. I added some extra topping, too, like cinnamon and ginger powder and almonds. My family is loving it! Thank you! 🤗

Mine were still almost raw after 25 minutes. 350F seems too low. Didn't crisp up even when cool.

Surprise of the month, my husband liked them and asked me to make more! He has a serious sweet tooth and I was worried he wouldn't enjoy them due to their non traditional nature. They turned out great and more chewy than expected, which is an added bonus. Try them.

Loved it, yield is low, so I'd definitely do twice the batch, or 3 times. The consistency is a not exactly cookie like; but I think I need to make them flatter and cook them longer. For me it's a great way of getting rid of bananas when they all matured at the exact same time

Maybe I did something different than previous reviewers, but these were disappointing. If you like banana and coconut (which I do), just mash some up and eat it. Seriously, save yourself time and effort, baking these did nothing to enhance the enjoyment of these little cookies.

Very good - added a little lemon in there and kept in the oven 5 min longer.
Must like coconuts
