This recipe is delicious... the puff pastry was a little tricky and I seasoned the salmon with some ole bay but is was really good. Will Definitely try again

This was so delicious! We made it for Christmas Day . My daughter was a big help in the kitchen, but it really is pretty easy to make. I followed the timing directions and it was perfect. I don’t like my salmon too well done. This has become a family favorite. Highly recommended!

Wonderful. I added extra spinach and used one sheet and cut individual portions worked out great

This was delicious! I had a lot of extra spinach mixture, but it was so good, I'm sure I'll find some way to use it. :) The only difficulty I had was getting the salmon the correct doneness. The struggle is real.

Amazing! I used 1 large shallot instead of half an onion. I would reduce the salt for the salmon, as the spinach filling is already quite savory. I served this dish with goat cheese mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again with those modifications.

Absolutely amazing,
I would chop up the spinach a little bit before sautéing it but other than that it's perfect
