Great recipe! I upped the chicken to 1 1/2 pounds and also added a small jar of sun-dried tomatoes. Super light and refreshing meal prep.

I used steak instead of chicken and kind of made garlic steak bites with this i also added avocado, mushroom, fresh garlic, and a little bit of lime juice. Fantastic!

delicious! Didn't really measure anything. ended up making double amount. pretty easy and super tastu.
