Flavor is good. I wish it was a little creamier. Had to cook the pasta for 14 mins. I added a cpl tablespoons of butter. If I ever did this again I would probably add the spinach at the end. At least another cup of milk and maybe some heavy cream.

As others have stated, add more milk so the pasta can cook longer (pasta still needed to be cooked when recipe says it should be done). I added a few spices to give it a little kick but great recipe and very tasty
