this was the best! i used quite large chicken breast too but just cooked them about 10 min. per side. they didnt burn but i did cover the pan. i did use 1 pablano in place of a bell. i didnt need any toppings! and i could put a container of sour cream on about anything. i would eat this once a week easy!!!

Very flavorful and tasty. It took a while to get the chicken to cook all the way through but other than that, it was a hit

I had a hard time keeping the stuffing in the chicken breast. Need to use thinner chicken breast as well, couldn't get done. enough without burning.

This was alot better that i could have ever thought. I didn't have a yellow pepper but I did have some mushrooms. To me this took it to another level. Great dish. I will be making this again.

awesome! my chicken was a little big so try to find small breast pieces for more even cook. overall really tasty and easy minus the time it takes to chop veggies

It was so amazing. I l0ved it and my girls did also… they usually complain about things with onions and peppers, but they were eating the filling by itself…

Awesome!! I've made it twice in 3 weeks and everyone loves it. My son said better than anything served at a restaurant!!
