So quick and so easy. I make this almost once a week at least. I’ve also made it with ground chicken and sliced chicken breast. Best with the pork but delicious no matter what. Careful with the chili powder

Quick and easy to make with simple ingredients. Very tasty,but the ginger is quite strong. I added a bit of sugar for sweetness and amped up the amount of veggies as well. Will be adding this to our weeknight menu for the future.
