    Meh. I wish I could find my old spaghetti pie recipe. This one didn't have a whole lot of flavor. Also it's a pet peeve of mine when recipes don't list ALL the time it takes a to prepare the meal - I don't have cooked spaghetti sitting in my fridge, so this recipe really takes 40 minutes, not 30.

    Yummy!! Don’t like cumin so I substituted with chili powder added lettuce and cheese. These were easy and yummy!

    Awesome dish! We sometimes Carmelize some onions with mushrooms for this one but it remains a house favorite!

    It was good, but I wasn't sure if tomato purée meant diced or paste because those are the two options I found at the store - not "purée". I ended up adding a serving of quinoa to it and it really improved the consistency so it wasn't so "pasty". I found that it also softened the hard taco shells so I would recommend you use soft shells. I'll make it again though! Was super quick and easy.

    Great dish! I used extra beans because I wanted it thicker, otherwise I did not adjust the recipe. Will try some variations next time.

    Very tasty easy meal! Good comfort food I wouldn't have added anything extra except vegan cheese :)

    Overall, it was pretty good. Super quick to throw together. I would have added some onion to the mix.
