I have been making this recipe for over a year, and I absolutely love it! I use a box of silken tofu and double the other ingredients. Before serving I add a splash of sesame oil and healthy squeeze of sriracha into the bottom of my bowl: yum! I crave this whenever I am sick, it helps me feel refreshed and comforted.
