    The flavor was good, and it was easy to make. If I make this again, I will spread everything out more in a larger roasting pan. It took longer than 15 minutes to roast to get the chicken cooked through. I also recommend making quinoa or rice to put this over.

    I make this dish a lot in the summer when the veggies are at their peak of freshness. Simple and very tasty. Always turns out great.

    Seasoning fantastic but I doubled it and added potatoes. Needs a sauce...thinking butter lemon garlic!

    Love this dish. I add sweet potatoes and let them roast while I'm chopping up all the other veggies. Big hit.

    I've made this a few times and it always comes out great. I normally use more than the recommended amount for the seasonings though.

    Delicious and easy! I added beets and used pork and chicken sausage.

    Loved it! Was really good and easy to make. I added a little more seasoning to give it some spicy and also covered with foil to keep the chicken from drying out.

    Great but modified based on what I had —added carrots, mushroom, and potatoes, squeezed fresh lemon. Favorable- even the kids (8/10) loved it
