- 20 oz. diced potatoes (refrigerated seasoned, with onions)
- small yellow onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Melt butter in a 12-inch cast iron skillet; add the sausage, potatoes and onion. Season with the salt, pepper and paprika.
- Grill for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
