    I initially had low expectations for this because it seemed too simple to be good but it was amazing! The lemon was exactly the right complement to the salmon. I did add some garlic powder to the fish as well. Will definitely add this to my rotation.

    Super easy. Super good. It's amazing how something so simple can be so darn tasty. Will be my standard salmon cooking method from here on out. Plus you can punch up the flavors with spices/herbs of your choice. Turned $12 worth of salmon into food fit for the most important company.

    u can follow the instructions as is and it will come out great! i didnt have any lemon on hand (i forgot to get it at the store) so, in a dinner emergency, i substituted sliced orange and it still came out well! I have also used this recipe with trout and its great!
