I made the: Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce II It was awesome, but I did have to tweak. I added in 1 Tbsp Sriracha & 2 Tbsp brown sugar. I made it with pork ... lightly seasoned using a little Chinese 5-Spice. While stir frying my pork I added just a few red pepper flakes, 3 cloves minced garlic & about 1 Tbsp grated ginger. Then preceded with the recipe as directed. It came out well, and everyone voted it a keeper! Please note I made a spicy version, you may want to adjust that if considering my alterations.

2017-11-13 made the orange stir fry sauce, excellent orange flavor just right amount of sweetness. Used 2 large oranges. Would be perfect with beef, chicken or shrimp
