- 3/4 Tbsp. honey
- 350 mL warm water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 25 grams fresh yeast
- 350 mL warm water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 500 grams whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds (dark)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

- In the bread maker bowl, add honey and oil.
