- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. basil leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup grana padano cheese (grated)
- pepper (freshly grated)

Directions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions.
- In a frying pan, heat the pesto with the toasted pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. Add a few tablespoons of the pasta water.
- Strain the pasta and add it to the frying pan.
