It definitely lives up to its name. This is the absolutely perfect amount of spice. I wanted more flavor, so I added a tsp of fresh ginger to the garlic/onion mix the second time I made it. Also, I used a Tbsp of white onion instead of using the white part of the green onion and I think it turned out well. I cooked the white onion for a minute or two before adding the garlic/ginger mix to make sure the onion was cooked through!
