Delicious! I used dried parsley and garlic with extra firm tofu because it’s what I had. Doubled the recipe. Had a taste kind of like chili.

Great Recipe! I agree that a whole package of firm tofu will only feed 2 people. The seasonings are perfect. As a vegetarian, I have missed eggs, but this is a wonderful alternative. Give it a try.

Great recipe! Super quick and easy (once the tofu is drained) and it tastes great. However, I do recommend at least doubling the recipe. It didn't make nearly enough for even one person.

Loved this! Super quick, super easy. I used olive oil instead of spray and cilantro instead of parsley. The spices were the perfect mix!
