It's not bad, but not a 10 minute cook either. Takes some time and won't be making again.

I didn't quite have 5lbs of potatoes so included a head of cauliflower and it was perfect!!!

Easy and delicious! We left the skins on the potatoes added a good texture.-we will definitely make this again.
