It took me way longer to make because I removed the skin from my chickpeas, but this was soooo freakin delicious 😍 full of fresh flavor and spice but not too much heat. Perfect!

Good. This is the meal that makes me feel I may be catching on to this vegan thing.

Full of flavour, very quick to make...the prep is the longest bit...I added mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn and some ginger to mine. Cheated on the spices by just using curry powder, and added some Greek yoghurt towards end. Looking forward to eating more!!

Absolutely amazing, I used frozen spinach too and added it when you add in the chickpeas and comes out just as good

Yum! Make a note to save the Cilantro to add last and I used fresh tomatoes and a can of Rotel. Otherwise I followed the directions exactly, served it on a bed of rice with sour cream. I'm going to try quinoa with creme fraiche next time

Very easy to make, tasted good. I used canned tomatoes, but it made the meal a bit too watery, so next time will have to use something else.

So delicious and easy. I made it in the crock pot and added the spinach and cilantro at the end. My kids even loved it and we aren’t vegetarians or vegans.

Both me and my husband adore this recipe! We have it with a jacket potato each!
I can’t say I’m totally healthy as I love to add cheese to my jacket too! But it is amazing!! I’m a full blown meat eater but could be vegan forever on this!

This turned out great I loved it the cayenne pepper added a nice touch of spice to it and I love a little spice but not too much and this has just enough but I will definitely be making this one again and again and again for sure this is aa hit for me!

Was very simple and fun, a great dish if you are starting to cook or play with spices, remember to wash your coriander 😝

Great! Perhaps a spoon of sweetener to counteract the acidity of the tomatoes but otherwise the spice combo is perfect

THE RECIPE HAS ENOUGH CAYENNE PEPPER!! I added a little extra thinking there wasnt enough..I was wrong! really good recipe

Great taste and mouth feel. Very filling served with rice and a green salad. Don’t use the oil and use a low fat spray and this is SW free food

This is my favourite ‘go to’ recipe! I double the spice allowances, and add boiled paneer and peas. A firm weekly favourite in our household 👌🏽

It turned out amazing I added beef smoked sausage to it and it made it even better. Along with being very quick and easy to make it tastes amazing.

Great! Would recommend a wok to make mixing easier, preferably with a lid so the spinach can just be placed on top and gently steamed. Perfect for when you’re in a rush though or have had a long day

Would definitely make this again. Very tasty and quick to make, so ideal for during the week after work.
