A quick dish I put together with Patak's Simmer Sauce and white rice.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 2 cups rice
- 15 oz. curry (jar Patak's Butter Chicken, or other Simmer Sauce)

Directions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- When rice is done cooking, transfer it to a microwave safe container.
- Pour Simmer Sauce over rice.
- Stir to combine Simmer Sauce and rice.
