Description
Es doger is an Indonesian coconut milk-based shaved ice beverage with pinkish color often served as a dessert.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 18 coconut milk (lt medium thick, use 1 can, 400 ml coconut cream and dilute to 1,8 l)
- 2 pandan leaves
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 grams black glutinous rice (tapai. Store bought or homemade)

Directions
- Cook everything to boil. Remove pandan leaf and let sit cool in freezer. Make shaved ice just before serving. To shaving frozen coconut milk you can use ice shaver machine. Or Just like I did, simply crush it into food processor and pulse until you get shaved ice texture.
