Description
These mock chicken wings are delicious and can be made a day ahead of time and then heated up for the game. They are so good that even your toughest crowd to please is going to love them. Plus Cauliflower is very healthy for you being high in Vitamin C and K and full of fiber. Give them a try and I bet you will be making them again.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower (cut into pieces with longs stems if possible)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 3/4 cup melted butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°
- For the "wings": In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Whisk together until combined. Then add the milk to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
- For the sauce: Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and stir in the Franks hot sauce.
