- 5 tiger prawns (rare, roughly chopped)
- 50 grams crabmeat (canned ones will do)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 anchovies (Italian, in olive oil, finely minced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 dash white pepper
- 2 stalks spring onions (finely chopped)
- caviar (Garnish: a tps, or lumpfish roe, optional)
