The best fried rice I've ever eaten was from a little market on Guam in the 1970's. I've even had fried rice in Hong Kong and it didn't compare. This looks and sounds like it may be closest to what I've been looking for. Can't wait to try it after I get the necessary seasonings..

This is awesome. I loved the video instruction. I have never seen this method of instruction before on a recipe. I'd love to see more recipes in this way.

Great recipe used leftover basmati ric, added some shitakke mushroom and red bell pepper in the shrimp stage. I replaced the sausage with fully cooked Hawaiian chicken sausage and added a little bit of Napa cabbage at the end. This recipe is a great baseline to start any great fried rice.

i strayed a bit from the recipe by sauteeing some gochujang infused chicken instead of the chinese bbq. Excellent video recipe! I learned some great techniques to fry rice by watching.

The flavors are just right and we enjoyed it with the shrimp instead of chicken. Easy to fallow and will be making this again.

I’ve tried making fried rice before and was always missing something... the oyster sauce made all the difference I believe! I’ll be making this often

This literally was every bit as good as the fried rice I get from restaurants. I used a little more shrimp but other than that the ingredients were on point. Also I used jasmati rice.

folding the egg into the rice made my rice clump up into a big mess. i would definitely cook the egg prior to adding rice next time.
