This is my go-to collard greens recipe now! The apple cider vinegar makes a wonderful addition to the deeply flavorful pot licker! I cut my greens in 1 inch slices and cook with bacon fat instead of olive oil. Want your mind blown? Make this! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious. I made ribs as well (see below), added some of the au jus from the ribs to the collard greens for some extra “oomph!” Added some white vinegar at the end as well. Also used 1c water & 1c chicken broth instead of 2c water.

I think they turned out pretty good. I ate my greens with cornbread. I enjoyed this recipe.
