Use of any Yummly Tools is subject to your compliance with the Terms of Use. Unless defined below, capitalized terms have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

Yummly offers products (like the "Yum" button) that websites and developers can use to deliver Yummly’s Services to their users ("Yummly Features"). You may use Yummly Features only as documented by Yummly, and in compliance with Yummly’s policies and branding guidelines. You may not place Yummly Features on a site or service with content that would violate the Terms (such as content that is prohibited from being displayed on the Services).

By incorporating any Yummly Features into your site or service, you agree that Yummly may collect and use information from you and your users (which is described in our Privacy Notice. You also agree that Yummly may use automated methods to analyze your site or service where Yummly Features have been incorporated.

Some Yummly Features allow you or your users to post or otherwise make available Content on the Services. By using these Yummly Features you grant Yummly and its users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute that Content on Yummly for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the Services. Yummly reserves the right to remove or modify this Content for any reason, including if it violates the Terms or any other policy.
