- 2 cups raw cashews (that have been soaked overnight, rinsed & drained)
- 1 mango (fresh, diced, approx 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or preferred sweetener)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 limes
- 2 limes (approx 50ml mine wasn’t very juicy!)
- 3 passionfruit (large)
- 1 handful fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamias
- 1 blueberries (punnet each of, strawberries & raspberries all diced small)
- 1/2 lime
- 1 handful fresh mint (finely sliced)
- 1 passionfruit (large, optional)
