- 3 cups chickpeas (cooked)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. mint (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. capers (i dint use these)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (or red wine or sherry vinegar, i used 1 tbsp lemon juice n 1 tbsp red wine)
- salt (to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
