- 3 Tbsp. brie cheese (Castello Saga blue)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. cardamom pods
- 1 Tbsp. ground cardamom
- 1 Tbsp. Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Extract (you can purchase it here)
- 13 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate (roughly chopped)
