I have used this recipe twice, with different steak cuts. Tastes just like or better than the most expensive steakhouse. A must try for tender, juicy steak.

This was delicious and so simple! The timing of the 2-3 minutes on each side to sear and 8 minutes in the oven was perfect to get the steaks to medium done-ness and very juicy. I let the steaks rest for about 10 minutes in the pan loosely covered before serving. Sooo good! I kept the left over juices in a container for leftovers for tomorrow! Thank you!
