I have a wheat allergy: finding a pizza crust that is wheat free and that you can pick up was great...not as crunchy as I was hoping but still to hold a piece and eat it was exciting and worth keeping this recipe.

so very yummy! sauteed pepperoni with chopped garlic and chopped red onion. added sliced basil. so good. used baking paper, bext time will use the butter. the paper caused some moisture after it set.

Yum! Doesn't sit as heavy as fathead in my tummy. You can use a round pizza pan for a traditional look or muffin pan for pizza bites. Add 1/2 tsp baking powder to cream cheese mix for a little fluff. 1 Tbsp coconut flour makes the crust sturdier. I also add 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning for extra yummy flavor. The crust is cooked the same as the fathead crust 350' 15-20 min

I was a little leery of the “crust”, but it tastes so good that it took care of my pizza craving! I did use parchment paper just in case.
