- 3.3 oz. instant pudding mix (white chocolate Jell-o)
- 1 dash canela
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1/2 cup splenda
- 2 cups shredded zucchini (fresh from our garden)
- 1/3 cup orange juice (w-some pulp, 100% juice, not from concentrate)
