  • onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 onion (I used 1/2 of an onion, because that’s what was readily available in my fridge)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 1/4 parsnip (again, that’s simply what I had in my fridge)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • apple cider vinegar (A small dash of raw, optional, but helpful in pulling the minerals out of the bones)
