Not bad; it was a little tough and bland. I added a mushroom gravey (butter, fresh mushrooms, broth from the beef roast, flour, milk and steak seasoning, and pored it in the crockpot with the roast, and it turned out great! I would make it again with the gravy.
Served with mashed potatoes and roasted garlic and parmesan carrots and asparagus. Pretty good Christmas Dinner.
