This curry dish mixed the delicate flavor of coconut with the sensational flare of curry to make one fantastic chicken meal. I’ll be making it again, although I’ll add a tad more corn starch to thicken it a tad more, but suiting my own taste. Others may find the sauce thick enough as it is. Bon appetite!
