I’ve made this recipe several times but never fully followed it. :) I always add a bit more or less here and there based on what I’ve got in the pantry or fridge. However, it always bakes up well!
For the record, though, even as-is, I wouldn’t consider this a “skinny” recipe. There’s certainly calories in this coffee cake but they’re worth it!
