  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic (I would not substitute garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage (teaspoon, or less)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or less)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or less)
  • 1 eggs (beaten)

  • 4 teaspoons olive oil (for frying the meatballs)
