This was great. Unique flavor and easy to make. Served it over rice. I had 4 pork chops that needed to be cooked so I wasn't able to use my cast iron skillet (too small) - I used my large All-clad skillet and it worked just fine. Will definitely make this again! (I will say, I'm shocked that it's 1040 calories per serving - I just noticed that - yikes! Doesn't seem possible for one pork chop and brussels sprouts. Maybe an error?)
