- 2 cups cashews (soaked overnight and wet)
- 2 eggs (preferably from free-roaming pastured chickens)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- grass-fed butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (local raw honey, coconut sugar, or hardwood-derived xylitol)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda (aluminum free. I use this one)
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. stevia (I don’t like the taste of stevia so I left it out and it tasted just fine to me)
- 3/4 cup raisins (I used 1 cup since I didn’t use Stevia)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate, Optional)
