- 175 grams puy lentils
- 1.2 kilograms root vegetables (mixed, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, swede and butternut squash, but only use 1 potato)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. breadcrumbs

Fantastic. We all loved it. I had to use split red lentils and split green peas as made this at last minute with the ingredients to hand; but would make again.
