- 4 cups low sodium beef broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 lb. pasta (pipette)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded fontina
- 1 1/2 cups gruyere (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs ({I used a baguette for mine})
- 1 cup shredded cheese ({use a combination of Fontina and Gruyere})
