I love this soup & have never made it before. So glad this was the one I made. I will for sure make this again!

I make my own home chicken bone broth and add the meatballs from this recipe. I also use pearl couscous as my pasta. LOVE IT! Also make a double batch of meatballs as stated in recipe.

I love Italian Wedding Soup and this recipe has got to be the best one I've found. I always double my batch of meatballs and freeze some. When my daughter gets sick this is always what she requests! Thank you

Soup was awesome...making it again for sure. I use fresh spinach instead of frozen and i have boiled the pasta separate and put in right before eating in everyone's bowls so the pasta doesnt sosk up all the liquid...perfect for leftovers.
