- 5/16 cup erythritol (or allulose)
- 2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (freshly ground)
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 3 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest
- 56 grams grass-fed butter (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks (pecans or dried fruit, keto-style! see post for notes)
- 1/2 cup xylitol sweetener (powdered erythritol, or allulsoe)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 3 tsp. water (as needed)
