It was yummy. I also added my own twist as I never can follow cooking instructions to the letter. I pounded the breasts to achieve a uniform thickness and lightly browned on both sides. I would like to add that the drippings would have made an excellent dipping oil for a good crunchy french bread.

Hige hit with my family!! Used the juices to serve over spaghetti. I did season chicken with salt and pepper first and cooked for 50 mins. Added parm before baking!! Definitely cook this for your family!

this recipe turned out great. I actually decided to use sun-dried tomatoes instead of roma, which was perfect!!! Also made veggie pasta instead of using regular pasta or rice. Next time I will try it with both sun-dried and roma tomatoes. Also some fresh basil would be perfect. I'm also going to try and mix the pesto with sun-dried tomato paste. Just my brain throwing out ideas.

My picky, picky eater loves this. We will be using boneless skinless thighs from now on for just a little more flavor.

Family loves it! Going to season chicken with Pepper next time to add a little more flavor. Loved that it was super easy to make and made cleanup super easy.

Good.
Marinated chicken in buttermilk w/ garlic then sliced longitudinally to cover entire pan thinly.
Added salt,pepper and Italian seasoning.

It turned out okay, but the cook time was off. The suggested time was 400 for 30-40 min - I did less time and heat (375 for 25 min) and the cheese completely melted off the chicken and ran onto the pan. I also seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper before topping with pesto, etc but it still tasted pretty bland. I think I will marinate the chicken next time to give it more flavor. I served it with cauliflower rice with Greek seasoning and fresh steamed green beans.
I will cook again with tweaks to the recipe.

Chicken was moist. I did use a combo of part skim mozzarella and fresh mozzarella. Also coated the chicken breasts in olive oil to keep the moist and skillet cooked the split breasts for a quicker dinner.

My husband and I thought it was dry. We are going to have leftovers with a little spaghetti sauce.

Was absolutely delicious! I do plan on putting the cheese on in the last 10 minutes - I think it was on too long, it was super crispy, but still amazing!

Fantastic. Added a few chives and parm to it. The best easy recipe for Game of Thrones night ever!
