    Delicious!! I also pounded the breasts thinner and they were very moist. I substituted sundried tomatoes because I had them on hand, but I’ll try Roma tomatoes next time. Everyone (even my 3 year old picky eater) loved this!

    Chicken was moist. I did use a combo of part skim mozzarella and fresh mozzarella. Also coated the chicken breasts in olive oil to keep the moist and skillet cooked the split breasts for a quicker dinner.

    Was absolutely delicious! I do plan on putting the cheese on in the last 10 minutes - I think it was on too long, it was super crispy, but still amazing!

    Definitely would make it again. I decided to make the pesto from scratch. For meat, I used thinly sliced chicken breast. In addition, I quickly seared the sides of the chicken breasts in a skillet prior to baking them (to prevent from drying out). Wife loved it!

    This turned out very well! It was a pleasant dish, and I don't even light chicken breast! I wanted ro try something new to challenge my taste buds. I will be making this again!

    Made it yesterday for dinner and it was delicious. Next time i will try cutting chicken breast in thinner slices becausr putting the whole piece in the recipe turned the out a little unflavored chicken.
