- 8 cubes spinach (frozen leaf, thawed and squeezed dry)
- 400 grams cooked chicken (diced, scant pound)
- 200 grams cooked ham (diced, 1/2 pound)
- 8 sheets prepared lasagna (dried, you will need three layers)
- 250 grams cheddar cheese (strong, grated, 2 cups)
